One Broadway Hotel & Plaza will be a 34-story, 1,035 key, 4-star hotel situated on Block 1B of the Manchester Pacific Gateway project in San Diego, CA. Spanning approximately 1,282,000 square feet, this development will be one of California’s most iconic waterfront destinations, ideally located on the North Embarcadero of the San Diego Bay. 

The hotel features spacious rooms, suites, breakout rooms, two 23,000 square foot ballrooms, a grand lobby with a bar, and 776 parking spaces. It also offers an array of amenities, including retail shops, a spa, an ocean-view pool deck, rooftop bars, and restaurants serving international cuisine. Guests can also take advantage of a state-of-the-art fitness center, entertainment, and world-class concierge services. 

Strategically situated across from the USS Midway Aircraft Museum and adjacent to the Cruise Ship Terminal, One Broadway Hotel & Plaza is a gateway to San Diego, easily accessible via multiple transportation options.
